We are based at the Buckfast Abbey Conference Centre which functions as a lovely exam retreat location overlooking the river Dart amongst extensive gardens. The venue provides great facilities for our course with ample parking and is wheelchair friendly. Their highly regarded buffet lunch and refreshments keep candidates and examiners going through a busy course.
Many candidates choose to stay locally in this rural area of South Devon, indeed the venue does separately provide accommodation if required (not associated with the course, please enquire directly to the conference centre).
Finding the Buckfast Abbey Conference Centre:
Buckfast Abbey, Northwood Ln, Buckfastleigh TQ11 0EG
N.B. Importantly the ‘Conference Centre’ and the Abbey itself are in different parts of a large site. Exiting the A38 onto the A384, turn right at the small roundabout onto Buckfast Road. Continue and turn left at the next small roundabout. Drive past the entrance to the Abbey itself and take the following right turn onto Higher Mill Lane. Continue to a T-junction with Grange Road and turn right. Take the next left onto Northwood Lane, the large conference centre car park is 50yds down this lane.
